Dill Leaf

Description

Dill Leaf, dried it is a very aromatic herb with a hint of celery, anise, and  bright grassy notes to it’s flavour. It can be used in salmon and other fish dishes. We harvest our dill as many as 4 times in late July early August before the plants start to set seed.
