Sweet Marjoram

Description

Sweet Marjoram is the milder cousin or Oregano, it has a  delicate sweet and slightly peppery flavor that is great on roasted chicken and enhances many other dishes. The Romans and Greek both used both to symbolize happiness.

Marjoram has a more delicate but more complex flavour than oregano with hints of pine and citrus. It is recommended for fish dishes as well as tomato based sauces.
