Celery Flakes

Description

Celery has been used since Ancient Egyptian times.   it has a delicious, earthy flavour that has has a hint of saltiness used in many culinary situations. Dried Celery can be used in soups and stews, and stir fry dishes. It can also be used if you have run out of parsley.  Our celery flakes come from the leaves of leaf celery and celeriac plants, we take several cuts to reduce the bitterness of the leaves.
