Stinging Nettle

Description
We hand harvest our Stinging Nettle on our land, both in our garden and in the low lying areas on the farm. Stinging Nettle has a rich earthy spinach-like flavor. Stinging nettle has a long history of medicinal use for muscle and joint issues and other ailments and as a source of beneficial nutrients. Dried nettle can be used to make a tea or added directly to soups or mashed into foods like potatoes.
