Greek Oregano

Description

Oregano is a member of the mint family and has much stronger flavor than marjoram, a close relation. Oregano has  a peppery slightly bitter flavour which goes well with other strong flavored foods and of course in pasta sauce and pizza sauce. It has even been known to make a peppery tea for many ailments.
