Dandelion leaf flavor can be described as earthy, nutty and pleasantly bitter. Fresh it can be used in salad and dried it can be used in many was from adding to mashed potatoes to adding to soups or stews for an extra hit of nutrient. It can also be made into a flavorful tea, or tincture.
