Alfalfa

Description

Alfalfa roots reach deep into the ground to pull up nutrients that accumulate in the leaves. The leaves are collected in a field where the perennial plants have been growing for two decades. We collect the second growth of the season, which yields bright green leaves with a sweet fragrance.
