We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days of being received. During peak times (planting and harvesting) there may be some additional delays – this will be communicated to the customer. Orders received between Dec. 24th and January 5th will be filled after Jan 6th.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post regular parcel post with Delivery Confirmation (parcel can be tracked), and a signature will be required for delivery. Courier shipping is available upon request, but extra shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Shipping is based on the number of boxes ordered, with a minimum of shipping cost of $15. GST will be collected on cost of shipping. If you order more than $80 of product we will pay the shipping, please check the free shipping box on your check out page.
